•••Dr. Nackman is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and is listed in the Consumer’s Research Council of America’s "Guide to America’s Top Surgeons”.

•••He is a member or has served as an officer of national societies including the Society for Vascular Surgery, American College of Phlebology, Association for Academic Surgery, Society of University Surgeons, and the Vascular Society of New Jersey.

•••Dr. Nackman has made national and international presentations, written textbook chapters, journal articles and was chair of Clinical Programs at the NJ Center for Biomaterials. He has been an NIH funded scientist. He has served as a consultant to Johnson & Johnson and Edwards Life Science and other biomedical corporations.

•••His general surgery training was performed at Columbia University, St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in N.Y. He completed a Fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
