Our Team
Dr. Gary B. Nackman
Dr. Gary B. Nackman, MD, FACS, is a board-certified vascular surgeon with over 30 years of experience in complex vein care.
He founded NJ Vein Care and Aesthetics Center to provide personalized, patient-focused treatments in Clifton, New Jersey, and surrounding areas. As a solo practitioner, Dr. Nackman ensures every patient receives his full attention and expertise from start to finish. He specializes in minimally invasive procedures for varicose veins, venous insufficiency, and leg pain, including Varithena®, Venefit radiofrequency closure, sclerotherapy, and microphlebectomy. In addition to vascular care, Dr. Nackman offers advanced aesthetic treatments, such as laser vein removal, hand rejuvenation, body contouring, and skin revitalization. His approach combines the latest technology with compassionate, individualized care, making each patient feel valued and understood. Dr. Nackman and his friendly, highly skilled team are committed to helping patients achieve both health and confidence. Outside of the clinic, he stays active in research and professional development to continually bring cutting-edge treatments to his patients.
Our Team
Dr. Bankim Shah
Dr. Bankim Shah is a board-certified physician in both Internal Medicine and Sleep Medicine, with a special focus on helping patients manage obesity and related health conditions.
He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at RWJ Barnabas Health, Jersey City Medical Center, and his fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Hackensack Meridian-JFK Neuroscience Center. Dr. Shah cares for adults and children across a wide range of conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, asthma, COPD, anxiety, depression, and complex chronic illness. He also specializes in sleep-related concerns such as insomnia, parasomnias, narcolepsy, and breathing disorders, recognizing how deeply sleep and weight are connected. Dr. Shah takes a whole-person approach, working with patients to understand the root causes of obesity and develop realistic, long-term strategies for healthier living. His thoughtful communication style and patient-centered care help people feel supported and empowered throughout their journey. He has been recognized for excellence in patient care and service, earning multiple honors for his compassionate approach.

I am a dedicated medical professional with over 24 years of experience providing compassionate, high-quality care in clinical environments.
Throughout my career, I have developed strong clinical skills, a deep commitment to patient advocacy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. I am known for my professionalism, attention to detail, and calm approach under pressure.
My passion for healthcare is driven by a desire to support patients and families while continuously learning and adapting to advancements in medical practice.

Jennifer is a dedicated Administrative Assistant at NJ Vein Care and Aesthetics Center, where she plays a key role in supporting the clinic’s daily operations and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.
She has been part of the NJ Vein Care team for many years and brings deep familiarity with the practice’s services and patient needs. Jennifer’s background includes hands-on experience in patient coordination and assisting with both clinical and administrative tasks.
Known for her friendly demeanor and organizational skills, she helps patients feel comfortable from their first phone call through follow-up care. Her commitment to compassionate service reflects the practice’s mission of providing respectful, patient-centered vein care.

I am a skilled and compassionate vascular technologist with two years of specialized experience in vascular ultrasound and a total of seven years in the medical field.
Throughout my career, I have developed a strong foundation in patient care, diagnostic imaging, and clinical accuracy. I am known for my attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to make patients feel comfortable during examinations.
I take pride in contributing to quality healthcare, working collaboratively with medical teams, and continually expanding my knowledge to grow within the field.
