Dr. Gary B. Nackman, MD, FACS, is a board-certified vascular surgeon with over 30 years of experience in complex vein care.
He is the founder of NJ Vein Care and Aesthetics Center, a personalized practice dedicated to advanced vascular and aesthetic care for patients in Clifton, New Jersey, and surrounding communities. Dr. Nackman is known for his calm, respectful approach and his commitment to treating every patient with dignity and individualized attention. Throughout his career, he has focused on diagnosing and managing conditions such as varicose veins, venous insufficiency, and chronic leg pain caused by poor circulation. He combines extensive clinical expertise with a strong emphasis on modern, minimally invasive techniques that prioritize safety and effectiveness. His philosophy is centered on helping patients not only feel better medically, but also regain confidence in their appearance. At NJ Vein Care and Aesthetics Center, he leads a highly skilled and friendly team that shares his patient-first approach. Dr. Nackman offers a comprehensive range of minimally invasive vein treatments designed to restore healthy circulation and reduce discomfort. His expertise includes procedures such as Varithena® foam sclerotherapy and the Venefit radiofrequency vein closure system. He also performs sclerotherapy and microphlebectomy to remove damaged veins and improve both function and appearance. For smaller spider veins on the face and legs, he utilizes advanced technologies including Veinwave™, IPL, and laser vein treatments. In addition to vascular care, he
provides aesthetic services that support skin health and rejuvenation. These include laser hair removal, IPL for pigmentation concerns such as rosacea and sun damage, and treatments to reduce visible signs of aging. He also performs fractional nonablative laser therapy and Procell Microchannelling to stimulate collagen and improve skin texture.
