5. Wear compression stockings

6. Eat a balanced diet

7. Stay hydrated

Drinking adequate water is essential for maintaining healthy circulation. Strive to drink eight glasses of water a day to stay hydrated.

8. Quit smoking

9. Include leg exercises in your daily routine

10. Listen to your body
